Haus am See - Peter Fox

Today is a little feel good song in German: Haus am See. There's one lyric in the song that really clicks with me: "Ich hab 20 Kinder meine Frau ist schön."

The song is about longing for change, adventure and trusting that in the end you'll be happy and end up with a little house and 20 kids and a beautiful wife and an orange tree. It's such a happy song, it oozes that happiness. But if I had 20 kids, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be happy. Anyway, that happy feeling that oozes out, it's contagious and that funny lyric sticks with you until long after the song is finished.
