El Raton - Joe Cuba

I was watching 'The Night Manager" a BBC series with Hugh Laurie (Dr. House) and Tom Hiddleston (Loki), which got a 2nd season after a 10 year hiatus. Great series, you should watch it. Well, anyway, this season happens mainly in Columbia, and there's some background music playing in a scene. This track! El Raton!

I don't know much Latin music, but I sure can enjoy a good Bossa Nova left and right. I dunno what it was about this specific track, but it stuck in my head and it's been in my rotation for the past week or so. Similar to Vaitimbora, I get the same type of grooves here. I should explore this genre more deeply! Maybe I'll post a few gems I find in the future. Stay tuned (and in tune!)
